Lighthearted yet dedicated, earnest yet laidback, Jeff Bennett is Harbour’s lead pastor. He loves his work, Harbour, and Christ. He has a passion for sharing the gospel, whether he’s sharing Jesus with a friend, leading a mission trip (usually to Africa, where he has been numerous time), speaking at Harbour or “just” spending time with his family.

Jeff came to Harbour from Chicago in March 2002 to serve as director of student ministries. In June 2004, he became lead pastor. In addition to communicating God’s Word during Sunday services, he works with the committed staff team and a group of elders to guide the church in discerning and following God’s vision. Jeff has many gifts, among them being able to recognize and cultivate the skills and talents that God has placed in others.

Jeff and his wife Sue have three children: Isaiah, Elizabeth, and Hannah.

Jeff cheers for the Raptors, DaBears and the Jays and when it comes to hockey anyone but the Leafs.
