Loving our Neighbours
Greenvale is the housing co-op community right across the parking lot! There are currently two ministries serving Greenvale residents. The friendship gardens in the corner of Harbour's parking lot contains 20 plots where gardeners from Harbour and Greenvale get together to grow vegetables. The second ministry is an annual Christmas dinner. This is when Greenvale residents come to Harbour to enjoy a meal and community together.
How to get involved
Pray
Jesus said, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12:31)
Pray that we would be the kind of church that reaches our neighbours with the love of Jesus.
Participate
