It always great to get feedback after a Sunday Service. Here are two responses that we received after Aug. 30th.
One is a letter from a Harbour volunteer talking about their response to God’s promptings in their life and the second a song that someone felt capsulized the theme of the day.

Hi Jeff:
I just wanted to let you know that your message this morning couldn’t have come at a better time. Debra asked me a week ago whether I would be willing to be a teacher in PowerUp as there was a real need there. My knee-jerk reaction was oh, not me, I can’t do that, I don’t have time, I’m so busy already and on and on the excuses went in my head. However, I told Debra I would think about it and pray about it and let her know.
I took the week to do some real soul-searching and trying not to ignore that little “nudge” from the Holy Spirit. I have wanted to “grow my faith” for a while now but fear has always kept me from getting more involved. I have helped out in the 3-4 year old class for many years and have really been blessed by that. I just thought that is where I would stay, you know… my comfort zone. But, I come to find out that God has different plans for me.
As I was walking along the lake one evening and listening to some worship songs, it became abundantly clear to me that if I were to take this step of faith, God would be with me and that gave me a real sense of peace. Your message this morning just really affirmed that for me. This morning at the end of your message I wrote down what you said “I can do what I can do and trust God to do what only He can do”.
Am I fearful of this challenge…absolutely. But I know that God is with me and wants to grow my faith.
