I stared with a new pill that does not have polyethelene Glycol. but it is making me a mess. Head hurts not walking well. So I quit them. Just today I did what it said to get the PEG off the pill take 1/2 cup of warm water. Put the pills in and shake for the polyethene glycol to come off. the water made suds. After they were dry I cut it in half. First pill I took was 3 PM Tuesday. I will keep doing 10 PM then 7AM After 2 hours took my blood pressure it was good. PEG is poison too me. Please pray for my body to ajust to the pill's I cleaned. No headache and be able to walk okay and feel normal thanks so much Shirley Buttts
